Following the successful release of the Mytogs app for our swimming community in June this year, Swimming NZ and Pushstack are excited to launch My Squads. My Squads has been designed as a tool for simple club management, and to assist club coaches with managing and communicating with each of their squads.
Designed For Coaches
My Squads is an extension of the Mytogs app, with coaches able to monitor the results of swimmers from their squad and set goals, plus send out communications to squad members directly to their Mytogs app. Other key features include coaches being able to mark attendance at training sessions and provide a 7-day training schedule that is available on their squad members’ Mytogs app.
Swimming New Zealand CEO, Steve Johns says “We are incredibly excited to continue working with Pushstack to develop innovative IT solutions for our members. Mytogs is already proving to be very popular, and we are confident that My Squads will be another great tool for coaches and clubs to use to improve their interaction and communication with their members."
Pushstack’s Sam Chan is excited about the My Squads release too since receiving positive feedback about the Mytogs app from coaches around the country. Sam says “We are very proud of the progress we've made so far! I trust My Squads would allow coaches to invest more of their time on the swimmers by reducing administrative activities and enhancing engagements with swimmers and/or their parents by using a shared platform where the swimmer's attendance, progress and goals are tracked.”
My Squads is available to all swimming clubs in New Zealand, with pricing structured based upon the number of coaches the club has. For clubs with 1 – 3 coaches the annual price is $199 + GST, and for clubs with 4 – 6 coaches the price is $299 + GST.
