Team Announcement for the 2026 Tri Series

We are delighted to announce the 39 swimmers selected to represent New Zealand at the 2026 Tri Series. The competition will be hosted by Western Australia in Karratha, with the team set to depart for Australia in early July.
The Tri Series is a competition that has been specifically designed to introduce developing swimmers to the demands of performance racing in an international environment. For the fourth consecutive year, the Tri Series will see two New Zealand teams battling it out against two Australian states in Victoria and Western Australia.
With the strength and depth shown by our age group swimmers at the recent 2026 NZ Age Group Swimming Championships in Hawke's Bay and the 2026 NZ Swimming Championships in Auckland, it's excellent to recognise these athletes, as well as their clubs and coaches.
More than 15 swimmers were part of the 2025 Tri Series teams, and will bring their experience from last year to help guide the New Zealand contingent from 5 - 12 July.
Congratulations to the swimmers and the coaches selected for the Tri Series trip to Western Australia. We have listed the selected coaches and athletes below, plus recognising the coach and the club for each swimmer selected.
